Questions & answers

Clear answers before the first proposal.

These answers describe our general approach. Your signed project documents define the specific commercial and delivery terms.

What does CraftDesk build?

Custom business software, websites and online stores, mobile apps, automations, integrations, dashboards, and the technical setup needed to launch and support them.

Do I need to know which technology or service I need?

No. Bring the business problem, current workflow, and desired outcome. Platform and technology choices should follow those needs.

Are the products ready-made subscriptions?

No. They are solution starters: reusable foundations for common workflows that are configured and extended for each agreed project.

How much will a project cost?

Pricing follows discovery and scope. Features, platforms, roles, integrations, migration, design, security, and support all affect the proposal. We do not publish invented ranges for undefined work.

How long will development take?

It depends on the agreed first release, feedback cycles, integrations, content, migration, and testing. A project-specific schedule is provided with the proposal rather than promised on this general website.

Can you work with our existing software and data?

Often, yes. Feasibility depends on available exports, APIs, permissions, data quality, and the existing provider. These are checked before an integration or migration is promised.

Who owns the completed work?

Ownership, licences, third-party services, source access, hosting, and handover are defined in the signed proposal or agreement for the specific project.

Do you provide hosting and support?

They can be included when appropriate. The system, monitoring needs, update responsibility, response expectations, and support period must be agreed for each project.

Can you guarantee a business result?

No responsible developer can guarantee revenue or operational results from software alone. We can agree technical deliverables and test the system against defined workflows and acceptance criteria.

How do we begin?

Share your business type, current workflow, what feels slow or disconnected, and the outcome you want. We will use that context to plan the next useful conversation.

Still deciding what to ask?

Describe the work as it happens today. You do not need a technical brief to start.
