Tags, bags, and a wall of confusion

3 seconds to find any order. Anywhere.

Your customer just wants their clothes back on time. They don't care about your tagging system. But you should.

300 shirts/week

The before

Handwritten tags and a hotel contract at risk.

Ibrahim ran three collection points across the city. Clothes came in at different times, needed different treatments — dry clean, wash & fold, stain special — and had to reach the right location for processing. The tagging system was handwritten: a blue tag for dry clean, a red one for urgent. Two lost orders in a single week nearly cost him his biggest corporate client — 80 shirts from a hotel chain.

The pivot

He needed to track a single shirt. Across three cities.

He didn't need billing software. He needed a system that tracked a single shirt from drop-off through stain treatment, washing, pressing, packaging, and return — with the customer notified at every step. No generic tool could do that.

The honey house

3 seconds to find any order. Anywhere.

Each order gets a printed tag at drop-off. The processing centre scans it on arrival — the system auto-routes it to the right treatment line. The customer gets a WhatsApp update: 'Received at facility.' 'Stain treatment started.' 'Ready for pickup.' Tracking a specific shirt takes 3 seconds. The hotel contract grew to 300 shirts per week.
